Cinco de Mayo Reno is the biggest Cinco de Mayo celebration on the West Coast !   Over 100,000 people are expected to attend this festival of fun, food & festivities.  In  Downtown Reno and in other locations in Reno, stages will feature great live music, dance & entertainment.  Vendors will feature the culture of Mexico and other Latin countries.  Events include a 5K Fun Run, Headliner Concerts,  Farmer's Market, Dancing Horse Pavilion and much more.  Proceeds benefit Nevada Hispanic Services.  In 2004, we will have a great new location in midtown at Shoppers Square, one the very busiest intersections in Reno at S. Virginia and Plumb Lane.

  Two Days of Cinco de Mayo Reno: The Venues

Downtown Reno  Booths are located along Virginia Street and on key sidestreet locations..  Stages throughout the event with the main stage at Harrahs Plaza.  For the past two years, over 100,000 people have attended the downtown event.

Shoppers Square: Booths are at the busy corner of Plumb and S. Virginia.  The Dancing Horses will perform, stage for entertainment, and the Hi/Low Carshow. Shoppers Square is at the base of Reno's Well Street corridor which is our base for Latino businesses.

Booths are offered on a first come - first served.

We will make every effort to place your company in the location of your choice.  However, we reserve the right to place your company within the Event at a location as determined by the Event management.

SunSpot, Inc. - Logistical and Event Management Services

Downtown logistical and event management will be handled by Randy Pease and his staff from SunSpot, Inc.  Randy currently handles indoor and outdoor conventions, special events, concerts and other functions at the Reno Hilton.  He has over 25 years of special event experience touring with such notable entertainers as Jackson Browne and Jimmy Buffett.

All vendors are subject to the Rules & Regulations of the Event.  There will be no exceptions.  You may download the Rules & Regulations from our website.
